Getting help.

Most questions have a written answer already. If yours does not, write to us and a person will read it.

We answer in English or Turkish. Telling us the hook's name and roughly when the request arrived is usually enough for us to find it — please do not send us a hook key, because it is a password and we never need it.

Try these first

  • The docs — how hooks, inboxes and actions fit together, starting from a two-minute quickstart.
  • The FAQ — accounts, retention, body size limits, and what to do if a key leaks.
  • Pricing — what the free plan covers and what premium adds.

Common things

A notification did not arrive. Open the hook in the app or on the web: if the request is in the inbox, we received it and the delivery is what failed, and the request's detail says why. If the request is not there, whatever was meant to send it did not.

You are out of notifications. The free plan covers 100 a month and 1 hook. The counter resets at the start of each month.

A subscription question. If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple holds the subscription: cancellations and refunds go through your Apple account settings, not through us. If you subscribed on the web, use the billing page in the dashboard.

You want your data gone. Deleting your account in the app's settings removes the account, its hooks, its devices and the requests they hold. Write to us if you would rather we did it.
