zhooky is a hook away

Every webhook tool makes you choose. A notifier sends the push but throws the request away. An inspector keeps the request but never reaches your phone. A pub/sub topic does neither and asks you to write the bridge.

zhooky treats all three as one object: a hook, with an inbox, subscribers and actions you switch on as you need them.
